ABOUT
Gina Dunn
I'm a brand strategist and the founder of OG Solutions. I build positioning, identity, and visibility systems for founders and businesses that need clarity they can actually use.

THE JOURNEY
My Story
I started in marketing at seventeen. Twenty-something years later, the work has spanned scientific environments, international corporate brands, entrepreneurship, executive marketing leadership, and now human-first AI systems. The thesis underneath it has not changed: most branding advice tells founders to manufacture a persona, and most of it is theater. I run the opposite way. Brand as mirror, not mask. The job is to surface what is already true about a business and build the system that holds.
I did not fall into branding. I claimed it. At seventeen I was already inside marketing, before I knew the word strategy. I spent a decade watching people build brands that looked good on the surface but did not feel right underneath. So I started asking a different question: not what do you want to say, but who are you when you are saying it.
That question became the compass. Eventually, the career.

— Gina Dunn, Founder and Brand Strategist at OG Solutions
Building The Ripple Network was about more than just creating a platform; it was about crafting a space where women’s voices could be amplified and their impact felt globally. The collaboration with OG Solutions was fantastic—they truly listened, understood my vision, and created a brand that is authentically me. They ‘saw’ me and brought to life a platform that genuinely reflects that.
