Most founder visibility advice is dressed-up content marketing. I treat it as ritual. A repeatable practice that compounds credibility, not a campaign that dies in a quarter. Showing up consistently, in the same voice, on the same thesis, until the signal is unmistakable.

Generative search has changed who answers the question. Most brands have not caught up. The work now is structuring authority so AI systems cite you, by name, with your point of view, when someone asks. That is the GSO play, and it is the part most consultants are still ignoring.

WHO I AM

Twenty+ years of brand work, one thesis.

I started in marketing at 17. Twenty-something years later, the work spans scientific and technical environments, international corporate brands, entrepreneurship, executive marketing leadership, and now human-first AI systems.

The thesis underneath all of it has not changed. Most branding advice tells founders to manufacture a persona, and most of it is theater. I run the opposite way. Brand as mirror, not mask. Authority without performance. The job is to surface what is already true about a business and build the system that holds.

That practice is the work I do at Gina Dunn of OG Solutions, the writing I do here, the conversations I have on Morning Cup of Brand Spark, and the book I am finishing called The Clarity Signal.
